R = Name the feeling (Recognize)

A = Allow the feeling to exist; you don’t need to accept it or shove it away… Just allow.

I = Investigate. Be curious! Where does this feeling live in your body? We are not identifying with the feeling — we are separating our self from it.

N = Nurture. Be compassionate and caring.
